Online purchases can only be completed if the customer agrees to enter a valid email and delivery address. We claim the right to modify, discard or cancel an order if we find it necessary. In such an event and if we have already processed your payment, we will refund the full amount of your purchase. The customer agrees to the fact that he is responsible for his method of payment and that it is up to him to verify the transaction. We will do our best to give the customer a precise estimate of the delivery date and the cost of a shipment but those may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
Online purchases cannot be exchanged for other merchandise, we only offer a refund.
We will gladly refund the customer’s online purchase only if it meets one of the following criteria :
A customer has 30 days after receiving the goods to file a request for a refund.
Refunds do not apply for the following items :
A customer may return any merchandise in person at our store located at 710 St-Joseph Blvd or by mail.
Procedure for returning merchandise :
It is very important that you contact us so that we may send you a return number. Velozophie will not pay for return fees UNLESS we are solely responsible for a mistake, the goods were damaged during shipping or defective.
