PARTIAL REOPENING OF VÉLOZOPHIE

Notice to all our customers,

As the Government of Quebec has decreed that bicycle repair workshops fall into the category of essential services, the Vélozophie team is following suit and preparing to serve you better by respecting the concept of social distancing. We therefore offer the following approach which, in large part, resembles what we had proposed to you BEFORE the compulsory closure of our shop.

For tune ups or mechanical repairs of your bike, you may call us at 819-393-6699 and then choose option 2. You may also write at our new email address for bike repairs at [email protected] . Please note that if your bike does not need urgent repairs, we would appreciate that you postpone an appointment with us for later on. We will keep you advised.

We strive to offer you the best service possible by always keeping in mind your health. Which is why our shop’s environnement is now adapted to our new reality. We continue to offer free delivery for the purchase of a new bike within a range of 10 km. We will do the same for the purchase of accessories over $50. For deliveries over the maximum range, contact us to make arrangements.

Our online store is now fully operational. To better serve you in these difficult times, we offer to finance any purchase of $500 or more. On your way out, choose the Paybright option.
