As you probably already know, the Quebec government is forcing the complete closure of businesses considered to be non-essential. Therefore, we regret to inform you that as of tomorrow, Tuesday March 24, 2020 at 5 p.m., Vélozophie will close its doors to the general public, including our mechanical workshop, until further notice.
However, we will continue to sell merchandise online. As stipulated in our previous press release, we will be able to deliver the goods free of charge for any purchase of more than $ 50 within a radius of ten kilometers; for purchases below this amount, it will cost you $ 10 and if you wish a delivery to a place exceeding 10 km, we ask you to call us and make arrangements with us.
Please note that if you buy a bike, we will make sure it is ready to ride, but we cannot commit to making any adjustments at the moment, however minor, upon delivery. If you want adjustments or other changes, you will have to wait for the store to reopen.
For the collection of bikes under repair, we want to respect our commitment and return your bike to you as soon as possible. One of our employees will contact each of the customers who have a bicycle in storage and / or in repair at the store.
To prevent any crowd of customers in the store, we suggest that you use our delivery service to drop the bike directly at your home. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions. Emails will be read regularly while the store is closed. In addition, the manager of the online store will be able to take telephone calls made during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.).
It goes without saying that the owners and employees are dismayed by the situation, but it is our duty as citizens to support this government initiative for the benefit of everyone.
Thank you so much for your support, your understanding and your unwavering loyalty.
See you soon
