POSITION: EXPERIENCED BIKE MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

MAIN TASKS:
- Participate in training in order to stay up to date in all essential technical knowledge;
- Participate in the continuous training of workshop technicians, as well as their evaluations;
- Supervision of repairs carried out by workshop technicians;
- Repair bicycles according to Vélozophie's quality and safety standards;
- Perform or assist technicians during complex repairs;
- Perform full tune-ups according to the various types of pre-established tune-ups;
- Supervise the assembly of new bicycles;
- Oversee the preparation of bikes for road tests;
- All related tasks requested by a superior.
SKILLS SOUGHT
- Significant and recognized experience in bicycle mechanics;
- Training acquired from manufacturers considered an asset;
- Professionalism and concern for a job well done;
- Manual skills;
- Sense of initiative and resourcefulness;
- Ability to work in a team and in collaboration;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Ability to put clear notes in work orders;
- Basic IT (knowledge of Lightspeed system an asset);
- Working language: Cycling - French and English an asset;
- Punctuality and respect for working hours.
